VTR 4" Metal Valve Stem Extension (2 Pack)

I have a Jeep with fancy wheels and big tires. The valve stem in the wheel sits down in the wheel making the act of checking tire air pressure difficult. I use this extension one wheel at a time to check and adjust the air pressure. It works great for this. When not in use I keep it in my little tool kit.What I really like about it is the fact that it has external threads to give the latching tire inflator something to grab onto.

These extensions are "airless", meaning there is a rod in the center that depresses the original valve when the extension valve is depressed during checking or filling. CANNOT be used with a TPMS system!

One of the extensions didn’t have threads in it so it was unusable. The other one worked great for the inner rear wheel of our motorhome. I had to return and reorder so hopefully both of the new set will have threads.
