Quality was fairly good, except that one of the keyrings came broken. A little annoying as I needed exactly 30 so had to purchase a second pack but overall satisfactory.

Not 30 - 29 rings, 31 small hoops
Needed exactly 30 rings, got 29 rings + 31 small hoops.I'd say this was possibly cost cutting in bulk/many sales but it seems it's just accidental given there were excess hoops.
