My grandson loved it.
It is a real smart watch. The grandson loved it. The son not so much. It needs to have net access to work.

Good customer service made up for advertised watch
Son wore it sitting on the stairs in the pool for less than 2 minutes when he told me he wanted to take it off. I set it on our chair to come back and see it like this (picture). I chose this watch over all the others because it says it’s waterproof. Customer Service treated me wonderfully and took care of the situation when I expressed my concerns about the watch and explained it is water resistant.

SIM card does not fit
Watch would be great but I tried the SIM card it came w and even bought another, the one it said it uses and neither fit the SIM card slot

Cheap made and works horrible
This watch is very cheap made and generic. When you touch the screen it takes awhile to go on what you touch. Walmart has kid watches that are made ALOT better than this! I tried to return the item and get my money back and they told me ‘They never recieved the item back’ when I had sent it back the very next day after they sent the return label.This seller and item are horrible!

One watch’s phone function worked, two didn’t which brought sadness to two eight year olds!
The watch is attractive. BIG problem: the phone function does not work, which is truly disappointing. Especially because I bought one for each of my triplet grandchildren. One watch phone function worked and the other two watches’ phone function did not work. Can you image the dissatisfaction two of the grandchildren felt? Believe me, as a grandmother I would never cause such sadness to my grandchildren intentionally!
