No pain no gain
Wow talk about a burn. This thing I place it on my stomach for the past couple of days. This product ignited my stomach as in has n intense burning sensation but a good one though. I always wrap my stomach with plastic it make it more efficient but you don't need the plastic I just use it cuz I'm use to using it. Wow this stuff does work.
