I was introduced to this supplement by my Doctor. He specializes in Endocrinology and I came to him because after I had my little one I was struggling with my weight, and I had no clue why. He quickly ran all the blood work a Doctor could and found my hormones were out of balance. He suggested this along with the (Appe-Curb from NuMedica) and I can say with confidence that this has made a difference in the amount I eat and the food I choose to eat. I don't crave as much of the refined sugars that I used to, but I don't starve myself from the occasional treat either. I'm going on my 4/5 month of being on these and I can tell the difference when I'm off of them. My appetite is huge, I want to over eat, and eat junk. Since I started these, my taste for sodas has gone, and my appetite is definitely more suppressed than what it normally was (also I've been eating a lot of small meals and healthier snacks throughout my day). Don't look to this as a "magic pill" look at it as a tool to help you on your journey. It worked for me and I hope it works for you too!!

I don't know what's in this stuff but I've been using it for a week and it works very well. This product was marketed to me as a weight loss supplement, and although I haven't weighed in yet (it's only been a week), my appetite is nearly non-existent. You take two pills 30 minutes before lunch and two pills 30 minutes before dinner. This is such an effective appetite suppressor that I've done things like forgotten that food is a thing, force-fed myself vegetables, and lost track of cravings. It makes you feel full so you eat less, and pick healthier choices. Anything heavy, like nachos, is a turn-off. Instead you reach for salads and fish. Heavy meat sounds disgusting to me. I'm a person that loves to eat pizza and burgers, and I can't even when I'm taking this. I have no idea why it does this but that's what it does. I actually ate a bowl of broccoli the other day and felt full. The bonus is that it has no other side effects like other suppressants do; no feeling like a crystal meth tweaker or colon blows on this stuff. And I sleep like a baby and hit the gym every day. I feel... Balanced. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for something like this for a long time.I didn't think it would work (hardly anything does), but it feels like I am on Victoza for a fraction of the price. I think it hits the same hormones that dip when going through "the change" (menopause).I highly advise trying this! I like that Amazon allows you to try things, and return them if they don't work.Most supplements do nothing (for me at least). This does what it says.

I tried these pills in the summer, only to be doubled over in excruciating pain. After a few months I decided to try them again with only 1 pill per day vs 2 pills, 3 times a day before meals. Again, it felt as if my insides were being torn out, not just for an hour, a day but for a full day and a half with residual pain and cramping for 2 plus days. I tried the pills one before dinner on Friday and one before lunch on Saturday. It wasn't until Monday I felt somewhat normal again. The pain was severe and debilitating. If someone starts a class action lawsuit against the company for "Proprietary ingredients" not disclosed, sign me up. No company should be allowed to sell any product with out full transparency and disclosure of ingredients and side effects. Not only did I have an adverse reaction, they obviously aren't going to work long term for anyone with any type of digestive issues. Try at your own peril.

Coming off my first bodybuilding shows at age 51 I was concerned about binge eating as this is common so I decided to try this even though my physician wife had her doubts. SERIOUSLY HELPED curb my out of control desires I had with the first show where I ate 1.5 pizzas.

It really helps to curb your appetite and lose weight.

I’m giving it a 5 star review because so far it’s been helping me with my appetite. I have lost 6 pounds but have also started eating better and less also added a workout routine. If anything change I’ll edit my review but so far it’s been a great addition to my life.

This was an emotional buy that I beat myself up on, however, once I started taking it I could tell a difference in the way I felt & in how my clothes fit. It's a great addition to my supplement regimen & a great boost my Metabolism!
