Good but I wish instructions state to mix prior to throwing into the bath tub. If you decide to throw a scoop into the bath without mixing it with water, it will just be in the bath very clumpy like. So get a small bowl and mix the clay with water and then pour into the tub for better results. Overall, I do not really see much of a difference in my skin but it may take to others skin better. 4 stars

You get a large jar that’s 1/3 full. Doesn’t mix well. Clumps and there are hard pellets. Awful

I was unfamiliar with bentonite clay before coming across this product so did a bit of on-line research on it before placing my order. Turns out that this clay derives from very old volcanic ash that it's enthusiasts say is loaded with natural minerals with particular beneficial qualities. I've also read what I think are reliable analyses about the applicability of this clay to different therapeutic purposes, though my interest in it is entirely as a mask to detoxify and improve the skin. This particular version of bentonite clay comes as a dry product requiring mixing with water. This mixing requirement is quite straight-forward and uncomplicated so long as you set it up so as not to create a mess. Once mixed application is not really any different from how you'd apply a clay mask coming out of a tube or small cosmetic container. The results are good. It tingles a bit but I find that it cleans the skin well, including the lifting of white-heads, exfoliating dull skin and promoting a clearer, smoother complexion better than the many other masks I've tried. Although I'm new to this product I've very encouraged by its initial results and plan to make it a regular element of my complexion hygiene The one pound canister of this bentonite clay is surely enough to last a really, REALLY long time.

This made my face hurt because it stung a little. It spread more rough than usual. It cleaned my skin well though. Maybe too well because it felt stripped and I barely used it to scrub face briefly. Didn't even get to do a full mask.

The container is much larger than I expected, however the clay only fills about 1/3 of the container.No odor.I combine apple cider vinegar to the clay until I arrive at a texture thick enough to apply to my skin. This combination also works wonders for your hair.After use I notice an exceptional softness!

This is a lot of clay powder and should last a long time. The container is about half full. I don't know if it settled some in shipping but some extra space is nice with fine powders.I mixed some into a lumpy paste and my daughter and I used it for facials. We left it on about 10 minutes. My skin felt clean after but a bit dry so I used a moisturizer after. Bentonite clay is good for pulling the toxins out of your skin. If you have slivers to remove they say bentonite clay is good at drawing those out, as well.In the future I plan to add a few drops of lavender essential oil to my mask. Some people like to add tea tree oil.Great product!
