Rub a little alcohol on the plastic with a cotton ball, let dry then place chocolate. Let it cool and it’ll swipe right off. That’s how we do it in Argentina !

The mold must be 100% clean and dry. Water drops or fingerprints can make your chocolate stick. Chocolate needs to be warmed up to melt it, and then cooled to room temp or cool to the touch. Then put a large amount in an egg half, put the other half on and seal it shut. Move the egg around until the chocolate coats the entire inside. I pop my molds in the fridge for about 10 minutes. It should pop right out.

Q: How do i actually make a chocolate egg with this?

Heat up chocolate melts, paint the inside of the mold with the chocolate, then put in the fridge.
