Good product, great customer service
The media could not be loaded. ORIGINAL REVIEW: (2 STARS) Doorbell worked great the first few weeks.. Easy to set up and select the tones.. And our little guy learned in no time!... Then all a sudden we thought our puppy stopped using it and started having accidents in the house again.. But nope! The receiver wasn't sounding when he would touch the transmitter! So thinking it may just need to be re-synced, I pulled out the manual and started that journey.. Only for it to be cut short by the receiver not responding half the time, and blaring random tones.. CONSTANTLY. During this, intermittently, would the tone we had originally selected for the transmitter TRY to play through the random music, just to be cut short by the continuous other chime.. We tried the second transmitter with similar results.. There is no reset button for the receiver, so I don't know what can be done that we haven't tried..So it looks like I will be returning for a refund and start shopping for a different brand. Until then, we have a doorbell trained puppy that doesn't have a doorbell due to a shoddy flaw. :(UPDATE: Revived a replacement from the seller, their customer service is 5 stars alone! But I will give this new doorbell another month and report back with my experience. Hopefully the last one was just a fluke! 😊2nd UPDATE: So far so good on the replacement door bell.. I definitely recommend giving this one a try if you want to be easy on your budget. It seems their customer service is five stars on its own from my experience, and they will do what they can if you do encounter a problem like we did.

It Worked!
I trained my dog to use the door bell and and she stopped scratching up my door. I love the music it uses, it's not too obnoxious. Training didn't take as long as I thought. Put it flat on the porch floor instead of on the wall and it works out well.

Seems to work well.
It is easy, sometimes to teach an older dog new tricks. "touch" is the easy part. When is not quit there yet. LOL

Great for service dogs to alert other in the home of emergency
These buttons are awesome. I have a medical alert service dog that needs to "get help" from another person inside the home. In cases where I'm unresponsive my service dog won't leave my side but help still needs to be alerted. These buttons are loud and flash. They're loud enough (on the loudest setting) that someone who is hard of hearing can remove their hearing aids and still can hear the alarm and the flashing is helpful if the noise is heard but a double take has to happen to be sure that the noise was the button receiver. I bought the 3 buttons and 1 receiver along with the 1 button and 1 receiver. This allowed for a receiver on both levels in the home and a button for the rooms I need them in. The part that was a bit confusing was to link all the buttons to both receivers. I'll give directions at the end. The only real con I found is the buttons don't click or anything to indicate to the dog is actually been touched(if they can't hear the bell noises) There's a tiny blue light that I can see if pushed, though. Then if your using these for a service dog I've found that you have to push the button several times due to the sound/flash only has 10-15 seconds each push. If you're using them as I am this means that the button may need to be pushed several times to alert long enough for someone who is sleeping and hard of hearing to realize the bell is ringing. To connect more than one set of buttons/multiple receivers it's a bit annoying.Step 1: remove all of the strips that protect the batteries from draining.Step 2: plug in all the receivers into a power strip so you can have enough outlets.Step 3: hold the button that looks like a gear on each receiver until it "ding dong" twice. This makes the receivers un- connect from all the buttons.*Tip 1: for this next part is easiest to work on 1 receiver at a time*Tip 2: unplug all the receivers your not working with at that time.Step 4: choose the sound you want by pressing the middle button(music note).Step 5: hold the gear button until it makes the bird tweeting noise twice then press only 1 of the buttons.Step 6: repeat step 5 until you've pressed each button individually.Step 7: test that each button works on that receiver.Step 8: unplug that receiver and plug in the next one until you've done this for all you have.Step 9: repeat step 4-8 until all the receivers work individually.Step 10: plug in all the receivers into the power strip and touch each button individually. If you have it right each button will ring all the receivers when touched. Then you can move the receivers to wherever you need them.*Tip: use the Velcro command strips for the buttons. This way if you need to move the buttons or replace the batteries you don't ruin anything.

Easy install
This doggie door bell saved my door. I have a big German Shepard that we let out in the back yard to play and when he’s ready to come inside he was constantly scratching the door. I eventually had to replace the door from it getting so bad. So I bought this to see if it would help and it did. It took a little bit to train my dog to use it but he’s got it and no more scratches on my door. I have it on my back door and front door as well. We usually keep it plugged in towards the middle of the house. It comes with like 20 different ringtones which is nice because you get tired of hearing the same one all the time. If has 4 different mode settings on the ringer. If you just want the audio only, flash only, ring and flash or ring and the light stays one while ringing. I just keep it on ring because as long as we can hear it we know to go let him in. It’s waterproof and the battery on the ring pad has a 2 year lifespan on it which is nice because you don’t have to worry about changing it all the time. But we love it and dog is fancy now with his little doorbell pad
