great DVD
Stephanie Huckabee is a great instructor. I previously purchased Weight Watchers PUNCH and she was the instructor and I like her style so much I searched for another DVD and found this one. I am beyond excited to participate with her and really like that you can pick which area you want to work on (arms, legs, etc) and create a "playlist" in the order you want to do it. She has a nice quiet instruction method and offers different levels so you can go low impact or high impact or in between. I wish she offered more.

Great low-impact DVD.
Injured my leg this summer & wanted a DVD that was low impact, but made you feel like you’ve actually exercised. Have another Stephanie Huckabee DVD and was impressed & thought I would try this one. She doesn’t take you through a high-intensity routine, but you still feel like you’ve gotten a good work out. Stephanie’s style is not annoying & her cueing is very good. Although the programs are only 10 mins each, I like the fact that you can design your own workout each time you use the DVD and put a few programs together. Don’t get this if you’re expecting a sweat-producing workout, but do not hesitate if you want something low-impact that makes you feel like you’ve actually done something!

Quick and adaptable
I like the workouts they are quick and adaptable. Stephanie Huckabee leads the exercises with two other ladies. Modifications are shown by one or two of the ladies. There was a comment that the queuing is not very good and I agree with that. In the other Stephanie Huckabee DVDs I have, she gives excellent cues and tells you what’s coming up next. Maybe the fact that these are very quick and short is why the queuing isn’t quite up to her par. But the routines are quick enough and short enough that I think after watching each of them a few times it won’t be a problem. I also like that whichever workout you pick it automatically gives you a warm up and cool down.

I will be honest, I ordered this with the best of intentions, but I just couldn't get fired up over this product! I have several walking programs, and games to play for exercise, and I don't mind being outside- but this product... I was excited about it, until it came. One of the issues that I had with it (probably the main reason I felt kind of down) is the band it comes with for exercise is made from Latex. A lot of people are allergic to latex, including me, which means that I am not able to use that particular part. I find it strange that with the number of people with the allergy, that ANYTHING is being made with latex at all, but I know I cannot touch it. I did not see anything that said latex was involved or I would not have ordered it to start with, but right on the box, it says it. I learned my lesson- I should read more carefully. I am planning to look into other bands so that I can do this program eventually, but I will admit, I am disappointed in the band issue. I was also disappointed to join a weight watchers group, and hear that people with this product had not noticed a change in their weight with it, but perhaps they were not following their meal plans as well as they could have. I will give it more of a chance soon, and update.

I love these videos and have been able to incorporate them into my weekly routines! I like the 10 minute segments, low-impact nature of the workouts, and how you can customize/combine the workouts for days when your short on time or want to do a little bit more. Before this video, I was never a big fan of workout videos. I thought they were boring and it was hard for me to get motivated with any. I bought a TON!! this is the first one I've actually enjoyed and I look forward to doing it.

Love the workouts....
This workout is similar to The Firm. I love this workout because it is simple and easy to follow but you still get a very good workout. Yes you can tell she is from The Firm workout dvds.

Awesome workout type
This is an awesome workout type you can do all or do 20 minutes one day then 20 the next day. Give this a 10

workout not bad
The work out isn't bad. The only problem I had was the coupons advertised on the box that expired in 2016. Wasn't a selling point for me. But, to me its false advertising.

I found it to be really good.
A couple of weird moments when doing the V step, should be on one leg or the other not both, hard to get coordinated. I found it to be really good.
