My case arrived and the two handles broke and was covered in scuffs. It didn’t make the flight! It was so badly damaged most of my luggage was missing. The quality of this case is absolute awful.I had to purchase a new case and it would have cost me extra to try and get this hunk of junk home so was left.Can I get a refund. Can I heck! Will they pay for it to be shipped to them from the airline NO!So I am down on money most of my possessions and have been spoken to awfully!Do not do it! Yes they are pretty colours but you do not want to go through what I went through and the thousands of pounds I am down in lost luggage.This review is 100% factual and I won’t remove it until the do the right thing and refund me! Horrible service

Great purchase, very easy to maneuver and even at 22kg it felt like alot less and very easy to walk around with the 4 wheels.

Really pleased with these - I bought them in pink and orange. Great colours and easy to manoeuvre.I haven’t tested them yet on a trip but very happy with my purchase so far.

Carnt wait to pack the suitcase looks amazing

Expensive for what it is as it doesn’t have any real features or is expandableCouldn’t get one local as shops out of stock so needed it for holiday
