Flavor is stronger than most commercial paprikas. Using more to get stronger taste does not add the bitter taste a lot of them add. Smokiness mellows peppers edge without over doing the smoke. Overall a well rounded, balanced paprika that works well for a little or a lot. Will make a staple on my shelf.

The paprika's are not all created equally. They are not all "smoked" the same. This is a great size bottle for the money. We have tried many different paprikas and smoked paprikas. This particular one is # 1 for us. We won't be trying out other brands, we really like this one, the consistency, richness of the paprika and just the right amount of smokiness for us! Great flavor and color. I hope this company will stay in business for many years to come!

I have only used this once on a TriTip. The flavor was strong and no after taste. I hope the bottle seals well so the flavor lasts.

Smoked paprika is hard to find around here and when you do find it, it's expensive. This product was well priced for the amount you get. I like it and it fills the bill.

I normally cannot discern the flavor of the average store bought paprika. This style, not brand, of Paprika came recommended from a TV cooking show. I guess they know their stuff. When I run out - and assuming the price doesn't get stupid expensive - I will buy this brand again.

I started using this about a year ago and now am into my second bottle. It is great for any dish you want to 'smoke up' a bit. I have used it on chicken ,in stews, and other dishes. It never disappoints and smells/tastes great even at the very end of the container.

Spanish and Hungarian smoked paprika are the best. This is a big bottle and it tastes so good sprinkled on deviled eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches, in soups, stews and chili.
