The screen worked great... but only for 5 days. Out of no where the screen went black completely but was still registering touch. The technician I used said there was nothing I could do to fix it upon further inspection and that I had gotten a faulty screen. I ended up having to put my old screen back on despite the messed up LCD display.

I broke my screen on my s21 ultra at work. Called my local shops all were saying out of stock . So I ordered this and brought it to them. It's perfect .and they asked me where I got it. Haha. Basically it is as described and I had it professionally installed. Bc there's no way I would have been able to do it. Lmao

After spending 200 to get a screen replacement I swapped the new screen on and noticed that it was faulty giving no response to touch. This is the second screen I’ve ordered through Amazon different seller though within the last week that is giving faulty replacement screens. Not sure why they say “tested and verified” but just expected more from such a grade “a” screen replacement. Fast delivery and well packed… just doesn’t work

I dealt with thisreplacement screen and frame. For starters you dont get all the tools you need. It doesnt come with the 5 g chip or the tool you need to unscrew it. I bought a kit elswher to unscrew it. Then transferred every thing over. Thought it worked at first. Showed it was charging but went black. No response and if i dont use wireless for charging it feels like its gonna catch on fire. Even though it dont work!

Went through the tedious process of changing screens, powered on, screen came on, but can’t swipe to get into phone! The touchscreen doesn’t work!!!

The kit was missing the 2 smaller screwdrivers so halfway through the installation I had to run to the store and buy a screwdriver set that cost me an additional $30. Then after I got the phone back together everything seemed fine for about 5 minutes then then screen seem to go dead at the bottom-center of the screen about where the fingerprint reader is. After restarting the phone, the problem will return after a few minutes. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps and the problem continues. At this point I'm trying to get the $$$ together for another screen so I can send this piece of garbage back.

After hours of troubleshooting I found the screen is bad. They want this one before replacing it. Leaving the guts of the phone out of a phone till they return and can send a new one.
