It works for leg cramps
I am on my feet all day at work and had been suffering from middle of the night leg cramps for many years. After doing some research, I discovered that magnesium is supposed to relieve that ailment. After a few weeks, I noticed them diminishing. Now months later, I can't even recall the last time I've had the issue. I know magnesium provides other health benefits, but just the one is all I needed, and it's a winner. Unfortunately, this caplet is huge and difficult for me to swallow. It worked be better in capsule form.

calming - balances mood
The tablet is larger than usual. It's 3/4" long and 1/4" on each side.I'm not a fan of large pills - having said that = it's more doable than I expected.The three forms of magnesium here are Glycinate - Malate - Citrate.= combined total200mg each pill.which supplies a larger range of health benefits..> Glycinate - good calming effects for anxiety depression and sleep.> Malate - improves mood - blood sugar control and pain> Citrate - for occasional constipation.The serving is one tablet which provides 48% DVand you may likely get the rest of the DV in your diet.> The RDA for adults is 310-400mg magnesium dailyVitamins often take quite a period of time to balance the body.Having said that - I've found this product will calm my heart beat within a few minuteswhich is what I was looking for to control / calm slight jitters leftover from energy products.I can't say if that's normal, but I do know I sleep better on a daily basis if I take magnesiumbefore I go to bed. Very Good Magnesium Supplement
Most Americans are magnesium deficient though any medical tests will say your magnesium level is fine. That's because your body will grab magnesium from your bones or anything that might contain it to keep the magnesium level tightly within a certain level. So, you can basically only go by symptoms of low magnesium and one of mine was an erratic heart beat. Ever since I started taking extra magnesium my heart beat rarely goes wonky like it used too. I think this is a very good magnesium supplement.
