A useful and healthy supplement to use with other essential vitamins.
I have been using multi vitamins and various supplements for a few years now and since I started taking them, I think I have had fewer colds and generally been in better health. I cannot say these work but I think these type of supplements do work. These do not contain Vitamins A, C and E etc. I do like multi vitamins that contain all of them so one tablet does all. These do not. However, most others do not have Omega-3 etc. I do like these because they do contain Omega 3 as well as Vitamin B and D as well as minerals. They are in small capsule size and are easy enough to swallow. It is 2 a day so this is a months supply so these are not cheap. I will take these with some Vitamin C vitamins as well. This has much that the experts highly recommend and whilst I prefer tablets that contain everything, I have not found many multi vitamins that contain everything including Omega 3. A useful and healthy supplement to use with other essential vitamins.

My father felt a great difference to his skin, not as wrinkled anymore. He swears by it.

Not my first choice
These tablets are not really an all in one. They are reasonably small tablets and easy to take but they don't contain Vitamin K or B12. For the price I think you can find something that is slightly better which does contain those needed vitamins.

Not a complete multivitamin and is too pricey for what it is
Cleanmarine claims for these to an "all in one" multivitamin but it only contains Vitamins D, B1, B2 and B6. There's no presence of Vitamins K, A, C, E or B12 and essential minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Iodine are all missing as well. So I am very much unsure where the "all in one " claim comes from.False claims aside they are not completely useless, high contents of Omega 3 and Phospholipids are the key selling point here as they are not usually found in other multivitamins. But these supplements are easily available and definitely don't cost nearly £20 for a 30 day supply.Save your money and buy a full multivitamin!

Very expensive for what it is
£17 for a 30 day supply of vitamins is expensive to begin with. Then you look at the list of vitamins and you see that it has barely anything in it! I don't know why you'd want to buy this when you could buy a year's supply of actual multivitamins for less than £15, and a year's supply of high dose omega 3 for a similar price. They claim that the omega 3 is highly absorbable, but it comes in a much lower doses than a traditional omega 3 supplement. I understand that it's "highly absorbable" so you don't need to take as high amounts, but I don't see how this justifies the price when it's not exactly harmful to take omega 3.Overall, I'm not massively impressed with this product as it seems very overpriced for what it is.

Good composition, sustainable sourcing, a bit expensive
The headlines don’t tell you that this is not just fish oil, but a “krill oil blend” – 42%, as you can see in the detailed description and the info on the carton. The krill oil is one of the factors; the other is the inclusion of the vitamins, zinc and selenium, which is fairly rare for Omega-3. It’s s good idea if you want to reduce the number of different supplement products you are taking, but a slightly costly one. The capsules are smaller than usual for Omega-3, and also unusually they are black. They are supplied in blister packs, which some people may prefer.I assume the name is supposed to imply something about sourcing. To confirm this, see the thumbnail picture which has the “certifiable sustainable seafood MSC” panel on it, unlike the main picture. The carton itself has an ECO Harvesting panel.
