Best Customer Service Ever
I ordered my NuWave in August of 22. I loved it because I didn't have to have a second appliance (air fryer) on my counter. I used it several times and the air fryer worked great, but I had problems with the pressure cooker. It just wasn't working right. I finally decided to contact NuWave in January 23 and ask them about the error code I was getting. They were so nice about everything. The customer service rep put in an order to send me a new base for my cooker. It arrived timely and works great. I do love how tender my meats cook and how easy this is to use.
