These are true “boyshorts” style, not boxer style. I’m usually a 26/28 in pants (size 4 from Torrid), and I bought these in 5XL. They fit perfect. The gusset is full coverage, so no unpleasant front wedgies. They don’t have markings of what’s the front and the back, but the tag on the inside goes on the left. I wouldn’t wear these under jeans or other pants, but they’re great for PJs and lounging.

I love these boyshort underwear! There soft stretchy and super comfortable! But they definitely run small..I suggest you order 1 or even 2 sizes up..I get 2 sizes up and there perfect!..gives shrinkage room as well..i just ordered different sizes til i found right fit..I hope they never stop selling these..my go to, for sure!..it would be nice to have single color option..iv bought 6 times now..

They changed the design so even though they aren't absolutely perfect like they used to be they are still a great buy. It's very hard to find cotton underwear that fits well, stays put, and looks decent but these check the boxes. Definitely buy them. Any synthetic material or spandex makes me irritated or even break out so these are a perfect every day panty.

I've had these for about 2 weeks already meaning they've all been washed already there was little shrinkage. One of the black ones had a little hole in the front right leg area. I got 2XL but I could've sized down. Super comfy the thigh area is good for 2X probably would've been a little tight for a XL. Definitely buying another pack. These do hold pads!
