DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
The product did not mix with paint and preform as described on flood emulsa bond website. I had to strip and repaint project!

Worked great on aluminum siding on a older mobil home

Great product for specific use.
As a professional painter I have used this product for over 30 years. I mostly use it when painting aluminum siding. I don't consider it a substitute for thorough cleaning, but it will insure adhesion if residual chalkiness is present. I have used it where previous paint jobs peeled due to chalky surfaces. After pressure washing and addition of Emulsabond there was no more peeling. I always apply a second coat without the emulsabond.

Stucco house is still looking good after 25 years
This is a great product as demonstrated by my neighbors house which was painted 25 years ago, which is stucco and was chalky at the time. I am getting 2 gallons for my house. I am glad that it is still available after all these years. Back in the day, it was sold by Standard Brands stores.
