Extremely disappointed, I bought two bracelets from them one was wrong and they are both engraved extremely small. I can hardly see the engraving. When you write the description of what you want on it, it actually fills in the blank pretty much so you would t think to check the size of the font. Well it's too small and I regret buying it. It was for my wife. She'll never see these. Going on the trash.

I ordered this item because of how soon the ship date was before I submitted the order. After submitting the order, way more time was added to the ship date. I received the item which was supposed to be a gift and I already bought something else so tried to return it as no longer needed. The seller denied my return and refund request since the item is engraved. When I look at the engraved part, it’s not what I ordered and it looks absolutely awful, cheap and can barely read even with 20/20 vision. I again tried to get a refund and was denied due to the item being engraved. What a waste.

The bracelet is very well made, very pretty, nice engraving. However, it runs very large. If you have a small or even average size wrist, it will not stay on. I lost it 3 times trying to get dressed. I am taking it to my jeweler to see if he can fix some kind of a closure for me. It may fit a larger wrist or a man's wrist. It is pretty though and I really like stainless steel. I have 2 different styles and I bought a black one for a friend. Not from this seller though. They are spring loaded and we both love them. Cannot remember the name of the seller right now. I have a rose gold and a stainless color and bought him a black one of that style. Have not lost it once. Wear them all the time. Kinda like friendship bracelets. But not this one. I actually bought it to go with his because the one like his was only in men's style. 😑😑😑fgy

It fit perfectly! I have not taken it off since I received it. I have received a lot of compliments on it as well I am a very happy customer! The engravement was exactly how I requested it. So pleased. Order this item.. you will be pleased just as I was. 😊

The bracelet (cuff) is actually beautiful but I CANNOT wear it! I bought the small one but the opening is so big, it falls off my wrist!! I wear a 7" bracelet and this just falls right off. It is too thick to bend the ends closer together. I am NOT happy. The engraving was a nice size but would have been better if darker. This was a waste of money for me.

I cant even say how much I love it.I customized it with a sentence in Arabic. I honestly was waiting for the producer to get back to me and say that other languages cannot be printed. BUT THEY DID IT!The bracelet is metal and it is very hard. My wrist is a bit small and I wish I could make it tighter. But I prefer it to be strong rather than breakable.I had been wearing it for a month. I used a lot of chemicals, cleaning products, hot stuff and hit my bracelet to wall a lot. it is still like new and the print is still perfecttotally recommend

The engraving was not what I asked for and the bracelet is super hard.....like you can't squeeze the ends to fit. I asked for a return and they offered to give me $3 and keep the bracelet. I said no because I had no use for the bracelet. So they approved a return but I will have to pay the postage so it's not even worth going through the trouble to send it back.....Don't waste your time on this one!

They seem good quality and the gold finish is lovely. The opening to get on is small and the material is very sturdy, making it difficult, especially if you have larger wrists.I got these for corsages for the mothers and grandmothers in the wedding and all of their wrists are a little daintier than mine, but I tried prying them a bit but it was very difficult.It marked my skin trying to put it on and I wouldn’t want that happening to our grandmothers with their skin being less resilient
