Wow this actually works! I have read contrasting opinions about the use of foil behind radiators so was unsure whether it would work. I am amazed that it really does work. The room warms up quickly and remains warm, dare I even say hotter than without the foil. So hot we are turning down the thermostat. It even means our hall stairs & landing is now warm rather than freezing cold which it was before as the thermostat is in the lounge so gets to temp sooner than the hall. It is easy to fit, although I agree the sticky pads are not that sticky. But I found the foil remained in place behind the radiator even though the pads did cone away from the wall. ( I did thoroughly clean the wall before applying them). I definitely recommend. It is not a waste of money.
