Decent Case, Doesn't Protect Camera Lens
It's just a jelly case, but it's stiff and seems to hug the phone well enough that it doesn't slide around. The only real complaint I have is that the camera lens on the Idol 4S is taller than the case, so the camera lens itself is not protected, which means you have to remember to lay your phone face down on the table to make sure you don't scratch your camera lens.Overall, the case is fine, it's generic, but it does what it's supposed to well enough I suppose, except for the camera lens.

Good protection without bulk
Gives good protection without adding too much bulk. Also makes holding the Alcatel Idol 4S easier. It's pretty slippery without the case. There is a slight problem if you use the side camera button. You really have to push in hard to make it activate the camera. So, if that's important to you, you might want to look elsewhere. But, I'm pleased with the case.

EXCELLENT CASE FOR THIS FRAGILE PHONE!
With these phone being all glass you need something really good to protect it and I'm telling you THIS IS IT! It has saved in my phone more than once since I've had it. I dropped it straight on solid concrete on the corner which should have shattered the glass on both sides, but it only gave me a heart attack for an instant and then I looked the phone over and NOT A SCRATCH!. I've dropped it multiple times 'cause I'm a bit of a klutz but so far so good..I would recommend this case over any other case for this type of phone 100%. Definitely worth the money and more.
