This cocoa butter is simply wonderful! I have been on a huge cocoa butter kick (in terms of a topical use) and have been using Palmer's. I always thought that it smelt slightly artificial and the lack of sustainability made me feel a little guilty. So I searched on amazon to find pure cocoa butter, not a cocoa butter based lotion mixed with a bunch of over things, and this popped up. The discs make direct application easy as it is as simple as picking one up and slightly melting it in your hands. The smell is divine - it smells exactly like chocolate and not artificial whatsoever. My skin was left feeling soft and smooth and it completely absorbed the product. For fun, I added some to my hair and it helped prevent my curly hair from getting frizzy. I love that this product is also organic and sustainable. I used one disc for my entire body and there are roughly 70 discs in here so this is a good amount of product for the price as well.

Easy to melt down , smells amazing , great quality

Alright...not one to usually write reviews but I think about people like myself who relies heavily on reviews so I feel it’s only right. I did not eat this but instead used it as part of my main ingredient in making my own body butter to combat this cold drying Korean weather. I largely used this in combination with shea butter and coconut oil. The scent of this product is soooo amazing! It smells like chocolate and it is so moisturizing. The first time I moisturized in it, I thought I smelled like chocolate but I have a very strong sense of smell...didn’t think anyone would actually smell it the same as I did.Boy was I wrong! (In a good way ;))As soon as my boyfriend got around me (who has a terrible sense of smell, might I add), he could Not keep his hands off of me. He kept smelling me and yelling (that’s his excitement voice) asking, why do I smell like chocolate? I thought it’d be cute to say it’s because I’m made of chocolate but that response would not suffice. He kept looking for what I was using and asking every time I got around him until I had to break down and tell him. Needless to say, both of us LOVE this scent!!

It smells great but my product is melting already so that’s really frustrating to me even though I will be melting it anyways for my lotion bars. I can’t even take the wafers out to fill the texture or anything because it just melts in my hands from the heat from being delivered through the post office. I will order from them again as long as they deliver it directly to my door so it doesn’t melt right away. i’m a business owner so I will be using this product a lot for my lotion bars, face bars, body bars, hair butter, conditioner, and much more.

Bought to add to my body butter. The color, freshness & fragrance all add to the making of a good skin care product. Recommend & will buy again.

This stuff is wonderful. I've been using it for years. It is very diverse and can be used to make desserts or as part of a skin care routine. The little wafers are very convenient. A quick tip for using a small amount is that you can grate part of a wafer against the serrations of a butter knife. This allows it to melt very quickly with just body heat.
