I purchased this pair almost 2 months ago and so far so good. No smell, very sturdy and have held up very well to the constant beating. I work out heavy 3-5 times a week and they've kept up and being made in the USA is a big plus for me. I will be buying more weights from them in the future.

No smell at all. Decent quality
Bumper plates that don't smell at all which is why I paid more and selected Made in USA supplier after having to return imported plates that smelt like from some tar pits.plates edges are frayed, shaggy and this why the 4☆
