I have found this particular hose to be a better quality than those that I have previously bought over the years. I only noticed about four or five months after I had purchased it that a bag of attachments was missing. I contacted the sellers and they immediately replacements. Excellent customer service.

The hose was very well made, but unfortunately, we tried but we couldn't get a good flow of water. We tried all the different attachments. We also followed all the instructions, and even got our trustee odd Job man to look at it too. It was a shame, as it was well made and expendable.

We ordered two of these as we find this type of hose, very light and easy as we have a large garden and each hose is 100ft long.When we unpacked them both one had the spray gun missing and also there are a lot of adapters and bits that come with them, so was a little confusing as we couldn't seem to match adapter to fit our tap.I contacted the seller and they were so helpful, sent me a video on Whatsap showing how to assemble the hose and connectors to tap and spray gun and also posted out the missing gun and we received it next day.I would definitely purchase from them again! The hose arrived, as advertised, but what I didn't realise that it's use was limited to the spray nozzle provided. I expected it to attach to a number of garden watering items e.g. a lawn sprinkler, a long flexible nozzle to water the hanging baskets etc.I contacted Silverstonex Ltd who replied very quickly. After a week of communication on WhatsApp for them to determine exactly what part I was requesting. They posted me an end coupling that was identical to the quick disconnect coupling that fits to the garden tap, so now I am able to connect to all the garden watering devices.Their customer service is absolutely outstanding - they are 5 Stars. I would deal with them again and I can highly recommend Silverstonex Ltd t any other prospective customers.

I've had others in the past but this one seems pretty superior to those, treat it carefully and it should last. A great buy.

Seemed like a good item, no problems until it burst somewhere in the middle last night after about 6 weeks of light use / ownership. Doesn't look like there is any way of chopping out and re-using the longest good length as it all required crimping with special tools.Very disappointing and return window is now closed.Avoid it if I were you

The media could not be loaded.  it has no pressure, so the different spray heads do not apply either.

I bought this hose pipe for my mum whowanted to have one that expandswell.The hose pipe came with all fittingsand connectors, it has a hanginghook, spare washers and PTFE tape.Theattachments that came with the hosepipe and brass fittings are of goodquality material.My mum was very pleased of this hosepipe as it expanded really well and easilyfitted on our outside tap.Looks like a good bargain!
