I just started taking this, so I am not sure what it will do!

I sometimes think it's funny that people take some lovely spices with awesome flavor and stuff it into a capsule that you swallow without enjoying the flavor. This is one of those.This is labeled as a "dietary supplement" but the flavor of Fenugreek is so awesome you really should open them and use them as you would other seasonings. The flavor is very strong. It has a hint of maple syrup and a bit of a byte like black pepper. The aroma is quite pleasant as well.Having said that... if you're wanting this daily, it might be too much of an awesome flavor if you're just wanting the benefits.

This should be obvious, but this is a spice with a distinct aroma, so it's likely that you'll start to smell like fenugreek if you take this often. I bought this for my wife who takes a variety of supplements and she added these into her routine somewhat sparingly, noting that the more she takes - it starts to come out of her pores.No concerns over quality or price, so it's easy to recommend if you're looking to add fenugreek to your extract routine.

I did a lot of research in fenugreek and it’s supposed to be very good for you! I just started taking these so I can’t say I feel any different (yet), but if fenugreek works I have faith in this product. I love that it is combined with the black pepper which makes it more effective.
