The Montana 100% Extra Fine Wool Saddle Pad by Southwestern 3/4" or 1" Thick and Designer Wear Leather

Nice little pad. I got the 3/4" thick, and 27" long pad. The length fits my short backed mare really well. I ordered a 5 star at the same time, and the quality seemed similar. I gave it 4 stars because my saddle still rolls when I step up in the stirrup. That's very possibly a saddle/conformational issue with my mare. Nonetheless, this pad didn't fix the problem I was hoping it would. :-/

A bit disappointed. The wool color is fine but the leathers are not nearly as advertised. Not even orangish like some people said. It's more like a dull brown chocolate color. I didn't even get a packing slip to send it back so I guess I'm stuck with it. I hope it at least works as advertised and after looking at the inside I hope it doesn't pinch my horses back where it's split in the middle.
