Reading is fundamental
The band is very high quality and thick. However, I did not read the description enough because I thought that I was getting all of the bands pictured for the price listed. Be mindful - You ONLY get the one band pictured with the arrow next to it. That was a buzzkill but I will be keeping the band.

So far so good.
I’m over 200 pounds and I use these to supplement weight training. I put a lot of stress and strain on these and even almost my full body weight hanging from an overhead bar and so far they can take the abuse.

Quality is Hit-or-Miss
I use the purple band as part of my outdoor workout three days a week. It will typically last four or five months before small tears start to form and I discard it, for safety. Latest one didn't last two weeks before snapping on me.Customer Support was excellent. Band was replaced a few weeks after contacting 3DActive

Works great, exactly what I needed for stretching
No much else to say. Band does exactly what it’s supposed to. Might be worth getting a light and medium tension one though depending on what you need it for.
