Had this scooter over a month now. It is amazing. So much fun and so fast. Plenty of power. Everywhere I go people are asking about it and want one of their own. I wish I had a few more of these for the rest of my family. I plan on using it mostly for camping since I can't haul anything bigger with me while towing the camper. Had a couple of questions after purchasing and customer service got back to me right away. If you're questioning getting it don't. Just buy it. It is also a good price compared to others in the same power category.

This scooter is amazing! Single motor rear drive is fun and pretty mild. Dual motor is quiet a bit faster and has great hill climbing ability. Dual motor turbo…. Insane fast!!! Very very fun but not kid friendly hahaThe brakes are very touchy, it’s kind of sketchy how touchy they are, there is not really a gradual braking ability, you barely touch the brakes as they jerk pretty hard. I want to see if I can adjust it at the disc but brace yourself before braking or you could wreck.Dual motor turbo mode and hill climbing a lot lasts about 20 miles with myself on it 235 pounds. And it will definitely wheelie if you want it to!

Scary at first, then once you're used to the weight and acceleration speed, it's fun and very smooth and safe feeling. I rode it 25 miles a day at full speed, 39mph and never crashed :)

For the money you get a lot with the scooter and the price is affordable. It's pretty nice almost all metal parts. I'm considering buying another one since I do like it, but if you do purchase this scooter do not necessarily expect to get 45mph top speed on it unless you weigh only 100lbs. Mine seems to level out around close to 40mph (GPS checked) and I weigh about 185lbs. The motors do say on them that they're 2800 watts (don't know if that's nominal or peak watts) so I can only assume that the controllers are rather weak in these scooters. When you buy these scooters, you have to adjust the P settings in the display throttle otherwise you will get a false number in the speedo thinking you're going a lot faster than you actually are. The magnetic poles in mine definitely needed adjusting to get a more accurate speed reading. All in all, I still think it's a good deal for this scooter and its built tough. If you're okay with not really getting the top speed from it as advertised, then I feel you'll be happy with it.

Had to buy replacement part then that part broke in 3 months. Had to pay over $100 for a faulty product. Now the want $90 more dollars to get another replacement that most likely break again in a few months. Look to another company if you want a reliable scooter.

It is built very well which makes it heavy. It actually goes quite a bit faster than stated and is as fun as can be.

Just got my scooter…My weight is 350 plus and 49 yrs old for so impressed with the speed at 50 mph right out of the box and the handle is great and i feel pretty comfortable with it the first time.. put 3 miles on it with a smile for what i need it for is well worth the price.. only flaw is could have better instructions on the seat assembly and just in general.. what a great machine to ride… thank you !!! …… ok guys i came back to the review cause after 10 months and pulling it out of storage which was fully charged for 3 months time and now when battery gets down to 60 volts i loose all power and kills and shuts off and cant get back on until i plug it in again.. it happened to me in colder weather and now in 70 F degree weather .. this real is not good only a half of battery i get on run time way to expensive on battery replacement and not worth it so i change my stars to ONE cause it didnt even last a year..

There’s water in the battery compartment I don’t know how it got there. It will no longer run. Tried calling the customer service line I cannot get through. We love this scooter. Can you please help
