I will treasure this book and gaze at each page over and over I’m sure until the end of my life!What a beautiful gift Lilias Trotter has given to each of us who will take the time to listen to her stories in art and journaling.

This is a fantastic book! Filled with excerpts of Lilias’s journal writings and colorful watercolor paintings, my heart is loving all the imagery packed in this little book.I feel as though I’m holding a treasure. I’ve been discovering the beautiful life of Lilias Trotter and can’t stop sharing about her with others.There is a beauty she found, even in the valley and the hard. A beauty that wasn’t earthly treasure but the Lord - found in and about his creations.My heart is to seek out the beauty even in the brokenness and in this compilation of Lilias Trotters art and thought - I feel as though I’ve found a friend. Thank you to Miriam Huffman Rockness and the journey you stepped into so many years ago. It has opened up and invited me into one of my own.
