I have also tried the name brand collagen peptides and I actually like this one way more! It dissolves well even in an cold beverage. I can barely notice a flavor. If you mix it in too little liquid it will taste like you're drinking Jello before it solidifies but that's because its collagen so it's to be expected. I drink this every day and I have been feeling great. UPDATE** CHOCOLATE FLAVOR TASTES TERRIBLE.

This stuff is amazing! I mix it with unsweetened almond milk for a low carb breakfast along side of my coffee. This gives me the protein energy that I need to get me to lunch with very little hunger most days. It has had an amazingly positive effect on my skin & hair. I’m just turning 59 and have lost 90 lbs on the Keto diet in a year and a half I had some loose skin and crepe’ skin issues on my neck, arms, legs and belly. All of these along with improvements in fine lines on my face have gotten much better. My skin feels thicker and is getting its youthful elasticity back. I’ve been taking it for 5 months now daily 1 scoop each morning. I must add that I also put collagen lotion on these areas as well so it’s basically hitting the problem from the inside and outside.

I have been using this product for about 6 months. I put a scoop in my coffee cup in the morning, then pour the coffee in. It dissolves perfectly this way... powder first, then liquid. I was putting the powder in on top of the liquid and it wasn't dissolving as easily. I do not smell or taste anything other than the coffee. After 3 months, I have finally been able to grow my hair. It was always thin and grew unevenly. It's longer now than it has ever been my whole life. I'm 65 years old. After 6 months, my nails are growing thicker and stronger. I also am pleased with the elasticity of my facial skin. I have noticed a slight improvement in my wrinkles. I am VERY PLEASED with this product.

I've been using this for 2 months and results are noticable! My skin has cleared and fine lines are noticeably smoother and I feel a lot better throughout the day. No taste. Directions say twice a day, however I only use one scoop in my probiotic drink in the morning. Healthy eating is key. Also, joint pain is now minimal. I think twice a day would be better but for now, I'm sticking to once. I am not sure if there is a tolerance level to consider, so I'll see how it goes. This also helps clean toxins and if you are used to eating not so well, be prepared for the first few bathroom runs. It levels out once your body adjusts.

TASTE- tasteless, does have an odor though. I personally cannot take it with just water. I mix it with my protein.SKIN- I have not noticed any skin benefits.HAIR- My hair is growing like weeds.JOINTS- My elbow use to ache post workout, no longer does. If I forget to take this, I do notice some discomfort.I gave it four stars because I am not sure if I am completely sold yet. I am about half way through the product.

Product changed. Label looks the same but consistency is different. Product was a finer powder that took a little effort to dissolve. New container has larger granules that sunk to bottom of glass and dissolved with very little effort. Don't get me wrong like the product. I personally don't like added ingredients that change the concentrations of a substance in solution. Not a fan of additives.

I have been using this brand for about 3 months now. I do exactly 1 full scoop in my morning coffee, this lasts me exactly 45 days! I am 40 with extremely dry skin and have deep lines on my forehead and brow bone. Although I take very good care of my skin, but the lines have continued. Since using this the lines on my forehead are not as deep and the brow lines are almost virtually gone! Not only are the lines improving the overall feel of my entire body is amazing! My skin never feels ‘thirsty’ like it did before!
