I bought this product last week and this did the job, it straighten my hair like I wanted it. I love it already, lol.

The individual items were upside down in the delivery box and in one box a liquid bottle had opened and dried up throughout the box making the product unusable. I couldn't locate on the delivery receipt where to return it so I decided to shoulder the loss due to the other cartons being intact and the low cost of each item. However, I will be sure not to purchase from the manufacturer again.
