A great book relating the important historical events of WWII. A great read for kids who badly need historical exposure about our country. Too many leave high school without a clue as to our involvement in the war.

Ordered for eight year old grandson doing school project on 2nd world war. Book smaller than I thought but contained all facts needed a bit boring in places could have been more interesting with a few colour pictures .

Bought this for my 9 year old grandson who is very interested in the War - he found it fascinating.

Okay but basic facts that my son already knew and read in half an hour. Better for someone with no knowledge of it otherwise a bit of a let down
