Great Teapot!
The teapot arrived very fast and in perfect condition thanks to its excellent packaging. It's nice and heavy, has a nice big infuser, pours well (very, very little dribbling), and the separate trivet that also fits on top of the warmer is a thoughtful detail.The only things that would make this teapot even better would be- a lid that's secured while pouring (although I don't mind using my finger - it feels nicely traditional in a way), and- an infuser with a little wider rim to it's easier to lift out of the pot after steeping.One detail I can see - literally - unraveling fairly quickly is the fiber wrapping on the handle. It's already shedding a bit. But overall I'm happy with my purchase!

The price is so much cheaper than other retailers. It was properly packed. No damage. The product is well made as it improve heat retention. Just a great pot
This is just what I was looking for in size look and material, easy to clean too. I use the warmer with 8 hour burn tea candles and it lasts me all day and I change between 3 to 4 different teas a day.
