Excellent product. Shipping is complete FAIL
Second time I have used balancing beads for tires on my 2002 HS FXST Softail Custom. This time it was a pair of Metzeler MS888s, 12/70-21 and 160/60 R 18 on custom aluminum machined mags. Chose the CounterACT product because of good reviews and reputation. Got Kit B, 1 oz front, 2 oz back.Works great. No balancing issues at all. Sure beats sticking weights on my custom wheels. The shipping however was awful. Initially. Amazon sent me a kit that already been opened; staple pulled on right side of blister pack, one of the beads bags missing. Somebody apparently ordered and received this particular kit, opened it, removed one of the bead bags, snapped it closed and returned it. And it was placed back in stock for re-sale, eventually shipped to me to figure out what happened.I was able to get an exchange issued, which took a week to sort out, meaning my bike stayed up on lift in my garage with no wheels while I waited (and I had to cancel/reschedule the appointment at bike shop for the tire R&R). Again, that is a shipping issue, not related to the CounterACT product.Eventually it got taken care of and now my bike is back together with new tires and quality balancing beads inside. I can recommend these beads with confidence.

Counter act motorcycle balance beads
These things are amazing. Ive used them in as many motorcycle tires as customers would allow. Even going as far as telling them if they were unhappy for any reason and wanted to go back to the big ugly lead weights id change them over for free. Out of the probably 25-30 customers that tried them because I was willing to change them over for free. I had 0 people who were unhappy. Thank you for a great product.

Does the job.
Extremely hard to get the beads into the tire. I had to do the full 3oz and it probably took me a hour. Very time consuming tried ever trick I could find on YouTube but nothing worked. Had to just keep rocking the bottle front top to bottom while squeezing. My old tire wasn’t balanced and this one definitely rides smoother just a pain to install the beads.

Yes, there ARE 4 containers of 3 oz each
At first I was thinking this item description was wrong. One of the pictures in the listing only showed 3 bags 3 oz each yet the package photo and the description said 4 bags 3 oz each. I ordered just to see how many 3 oz bags actually showed up. Then I began to wonder when there were only 3 bags marked 3 oz in the package until I realized that the 4th 3 oz container was the little bottle that comes with it. That bottle is filled with 3 oz making the 4th "bag" of beads.I was using that other big brand of beads and switched to these Counteract beads. Cost is a little less. I currently have 1 oz in my motorcycle front tire, 2 oz in my motorcycle rear tire, and 1 oz in my Uni-Go tire. The bike and trailer run smooth and steady on the road at speed. I do my own tire changes and this is way easier than using weights. I've used beads for several tire changes now and don't plan to go back. It is important to get the beads intended for motorcycle tires as indicated by the image on the package. I have a kitchen scale that I weigh out the beads I need to put in each tire. Since I have TPMS built into the valve stems I cannot inject the beads through the valve stems. Instead, I weigh out the beads needed for the tire on my kitchen scale using a small Ziplock bag to hold them. The Ziplock bag weighs less than 0.2 oz so I usually end up going 0.2 oz over including the bag. Then I get the first tire bead onto the rim and all but the last 8-10 inches of the second bead onto the rim. I use that gap to pour in the beads directly into the tire and then finish seating the tire on the rim. Make sure to keep the valve stem toward the top half of the tire while holding it upright when seating the bead or you'll blow the beads all over. Works great this way.

As advertised smooth ride from 20-120
This is a great product: first don’t by metal beads they eat away at the made of tire. Don’t by plastic less reliable balancing so glass or ceramic seems to be best. This product is got a good name accross the web. It took a bit to get them down into the tire but not painful. Just patiently purses a little at a time and squeezed bottle over and over as the worked themselves into tire. Will use again. I also like the idea that as a tire wears its shape and weight changes so this is a dynamic balancing option that will continue to counter any weight changes as they change. I have not taken a tire off with beads in them yet but I can assume a sweep up or vacuum afterwards is all I’d need. I won’t reuse with change but I’ve heard people doing this.

Must buy for DIY
This worked perfect on my intruder 1400. Before I couldn't go beyond 40mph because of the wobbles but after putting these in which was time consuming but easy to do I get a smooth ride no matter how fast I go. If you work on your own bike without a shop and aren't doing 140+ regularly then you have to get these.
