Designer Touch Control Thermostatic Electric Heating Element for Radiators, Towel Rails and Towel Warmers (300 Watt White)

This product was described as “thermostatic “ controlled. But this model does not allow you to turn the heat down or up . There is no thermostatic control on it. And it cannot be used with a timer switch as it needs the touch button to be pressed to switch on: then there is no auto switch off or timer. There were other similar products at half the price not described as thermostatically controlled so I went for this one and wasted my money. And did not find all this out until after I had spent £100 with a plumber to install it! So now I am £148 down with a substandard product.

I wanted to easily control the heating of my towel rail and this looked ideal, so I thought I'd give it a try.Straight out of the box, it feels of good quality and durable. I can't comment on ease of installation as I had a friend set it up for me, but so far, so good, it's worked as expected and I'm able to individually control the heating.All in all, it does the job and works as expected.
