Because it is so expensive, you should get a blood test before and after to see if it is working for you.

I’ve bought Benicin a few times now and it’s very helpful when I start feeling a cold coming up. After I take them for a few days I feel completely back to normal after a 2 days. I also take it with me when I travel (I travel a lot) and take them consistently throughout to make sure I don’t catch anything while I’m out of town. So far so good!

I was never really sure (so to speak) about this type of garlic, I hadn't heard of "stabilized" as opposed to "standardized" which I use and hear about all the time in these type of supplemental products, the claim however is that the stabilized garlic does not break down in your stomach as the standardized kind does which if true is a good thing. Also I couldn't make sense of the amount per capsule, the listing says 1500 mcg but the bottle shows something different and lastly I'm not a fan of silicon dioxide being added to my supplements and there are many available without that ingredient added to them. Now for the pro's; the capsules are very small and easy to swallow with no garlicky burps. I do find this product to be expensive but if only 1 per day is taken then the bottle will last for 2 months so that helps mitigate some of the cost.

I work at live events and around a lot of people. I take this after every event and never get sick. I used to get sick after these events but I haven't gotten ever since taken these. Amazing product!

Felt that I was possibly getting ill twice now, both times this product worked for me.
