It has 1 to 1 exchange with standard white sugar. I chose the option to buy the sugar in a Domino's tub. I am glad I did. The tub is easy open/close. The tub keeps the sugar dry and either prevents or else greatly lessens the chance the sugar will become one hard lump. The tub also is easy to refill and refill bags of the sugar are available on Amazon.

This is a wonderful sweetener. Not so refined and great to bake cookies when Holiday time.
