good
Interesting read- very conceptual but it gives the reader an idea of the process of manifesting the internal experience of one and reflecting personal expectations on the whole fabric of reality

This def works I know for a fact!
I know this works! I have been doing these techniques since I was a child! Since I would say around 5 years old. (i am 35 now) I knew that “glitches” happened but i swore as a child I had spirits or some beings or being helping me do it. I didn’t realize they were glitches I just somehow knew what to do to cause the change/glitch. Without knowing they were glitches. I always felt that the world had these expectations of how I was suppose to be so when I didn’t give it the expectation it had, a shift will occur In me and around me. The first time I did this was in front of a mirror looking at myself and instead of paying attention to the way I looked on the outside I looked into my eyes looking inside myself almost as if seeing my soul and said YOU are YOU, but then why this body? I asked myself. This overwhelming feeling of knowing happened that took over my body and mind as if I became self realized and a shift/glitched happened where I felt as if I changed the course of my life. At around 8 years old I remember having so many impulses that the “system” was trying to get me to assimilate(resistance is futile) (pun intended) to what I was supposed to do” but I refused all day. That day I was playing a game with friends that caused an accident and I had a NDE. it completely altered my life and mind. Ever since I would read books about spiritual awareness or things out of the “ordinary” and say oh I can do that! I just didn’t know it had a name. Crazy to find this book and come to this realization that this whole time my whole life I have been creating glitches without knowing they were glitches but knowing that I some how knew how to already do them.I hope this made sense. The only warning I would give is that if you practiced this, there are some cons I know since I have been doing this for 30 years. The cons are that a times of the “glitch” during and after each glitch sometimes as long as up to a year after a glitch I would have extreme depersonalization and derelization. I have a theory on this, bc I have caused so many glitches since childhood it has altered my state of being so much that a part of me no longer feels connected to the world as if it’s just me and my story and the rest of the people in the world are just there, almost like a dream where if I expect someone to do something they do it. I have a sense of being awake and controlling the world around me bc it’s my world. Without sounding narcissistic bc it’s beyond that. Once in a while I come across someone like me somewhere and I can always tell they are a “glitch creator” or atleast on the verge of being one even if just temporary, you get this feeling of something about them being “special” or strange and unusual but familar What’s interesting to notr is that 99 percent of people I meet say soemthing about me is different then anyone they ever met. I think it’s possible that they see something in me that’s already in themselves but haven’t come to the realization of it yet but a part of them inside knows and recognizes it without being aware of what it is.Another thing that happens is you can change aspects of your “personality” almost as if you know your ego/personality isn’t real it’s just a part of the program that has been giving to you with the experiences you have. Personalities are just experiences we had that has molded the person we think we are.I hope this wasn’t too much I think that people who are ready for this should definitely give it a try just know that if things do start to happen don’t be afriad bc being afriad just puts you back into the simulation

Intriguing and encouraging 93/93
A very detailed way to explain reality. Took about 2 hours to finish all the way through. Impressed by the content.9393/93

OMG
I'm both terrified and fascinated in equal proportions. This is the most convincing simulation theory book I have ever read and I kind of fear for the authors safety.

Inner Mastery
A brilliant work. A collection of truths. Expectation and reality.

Interesting!
Interesting and provocative! Human reality and interaction under the microscope. The examples used were a great way to clarify what the author was conveying.
