Hoping the seller responds to feedback sent weeks ago
We were thrilled when this tumbling mat first arrived - kept my 8 and 11yr old entertained for decent periods of time. Bought on 8th April and within a few weeks the pump had broken. We replaced with a similar pump we already had, and then the mat got a slow leak - so only stays inflated for a few mins - so not safe - we haven't used in weeks. Loathe to write a public review without trying other methods first, we left the seller feedback but have not heard anything. Hoping the seller sees this as I know times are busy and I would be more than happy to update my review if things comes good. Just expect a piece of kit to last more than a few weeks when paying Β£100

Only 3 Month Warranty - Poor quality - Left very disappointed
Tape pulled away and glue failed causing track to deflate rapidly after only 6 months use. Seller did not entertain our complaint even with photo evidence. Quality very poor being this should be designed to withstand use! Awful customer serviceFor such an expensive air track would have thought a warranty longer than 3 months.Be very careful, as left disappointed and now need to replace at our cost. Quality very poor and Chinese rubbish. Do not buy and look for longer warranty period - these are meant to hard wearing.

Good gym mat
Now I can fall on the floor and not hurt myself. The pump is super quick and the pump also deflates the mat super quick. Only downside is it already seems to have sprung a leak but it does come with patches

Great, but it!
Kids absolutely love this and Iβm glad they can burn of some of their energy!!! Itβs a great quality, and actually not too big in my living room. Nice and bouncy and theyβve been on it solid since it came. Hoping it brings me some piece and quiet with all this staying in cos of covid instead of them just arguing all the time! :D

INFLATABLE GYM MAT
This was a present for my 8yr old gymnastic granddaughter who is delighted with it. Product arrived in good condition, a little later than expected, coming from China there were some delays at Customs but well worth the wait, and seller kept me informed regularly of its progress. An excellent product at this time of crisis where children having to stay at home... a good workout and good fun at the same time.
