Time will say whether it works as it promises. But so far I saw improvements. After using it for 3 months straight (4 tablets each day) and with moderate exercise and a healthy diet, I have reduced 3 pant sizes. I am a 48 years old male used to buy 36/30, nowadays buying 33/30. Will continue for at least 3 more months and come back here to add further comments.

No flavor and super easy to swallow. I personally like the ones from Costco better because they’re a better deal in terms of cost but they also work better. I tried these because my Costco ran out and I didn’t like them. When taken regularly (Costco ones) I notice my stomach gets flatter quicker than without. With these ones from amazon I didn’t feel a difference.

I ordered the 2 pack as my usual order which is 2 containers of 120 soft gel capsules which equals 240 capsules. The container displays 120, but on the back there's a sticker that was added that says 240 which was not true. I've added Pic and video of the discrepancy.

I'm almost finished with an entire bottle and I don't see much of a difference. I've been mountain biking 3 times a week for about 1.5 hours and a 3 mile run when I dont ride. Cut down on the carbs and pretty much on a 1600 calorie diet. For a 6'2 guy and with all the activities I should see at least a little result but nothing.

I love the pills, but this seller is a mess. Twice now I’ve ordered the 240 pill set and only received 120 pills. Get it together.
