I ordered a [2022 Upgraded Piano Black] VICSEED Car Phone Holder Mount, but when the package was delivered it contained a destroyed box and only the air vent clip, NO car mount. I followed the Amazon “Need help with your item?” process and it recommend that I contact the manufacturer, Vicseed, to replace missing or damaged parts. It was a Saturday and I went to the Vicseed website and filled out their contact form. The next day, Sunday, I was contacted via email by Joy from Vicseed Customer Service. I was offered a choice of a new car mount or a full refund, I opted for a new car mount. The very next day, Monday, Joy informed me that new car mount was sent. I was also assured that Vicseed stands by their products. After the new car mount was delivered, Joy emailed again to check to see if I received the new car mount and to check if was working well. I am very happy with the car mount. I also thanked Joy for the great customer service. As for the new car mount, it is very easy to attach to the air vent and it maintains a solid grip on the air vent. It holds our phones very well (Galaxy S9 and S20). Overall, it’s a great phone car mount. On top of that, I can attest that my experience with Vicseed Customer Service was outstanding. This car phone mount is sturdy and stable and I love it, but I lost one of the accessories for the phone mount for car. Although it was past the Amazon return time, I sent a message to Vicseed and to my surprise, vicseed replied to my message immediately and sent me a new accessory. They said the customer is the center of their service and will always continue to provide me with great service. I bought other ones a couple of times but they never work well so I gave up trying, then came this one and I decided to give it a try. No regret, I’m very happy with it. It’s simple, portable, very easy to install, and very sturdy. It’s simply the best, and I love it. ❤️ 💗

Used the vent clips and it works great on iPhone, even with case. Bit wobbly if you have a pop socket and a case, but serviceable.

Does what I want!

Phone does fit well. Easy on. Has a button for easy removal. Does obstruct the airflow somewhat and diverts the air. Mounted on 2nd slat from the top works best on my 2014 jeep Cherokee in this Texas heat wave.

Only works on some vents, but works great on our prius.

First of all a disclaimer. I am a huge fan of Vicseed! Their products are heavy duty, extremely functional, and first class! This is the 4th phone mount I have purchased from them (I have 3 cars in the family). Other vent mounts I have purchased from other vendors are flimsy and flop around. This mount comes with a well designed clamp that you screw onto the vent fin and once in place it is rock solid! I have a large iPhone Pro Max with a large case and it fits nicely into the holder without problem. Simply place the phone in the mount and squeeze the spring loaded side arms to snuggly hold the phone. To release the phone there is a button on the left side of the mount. The other Vicseed vent mount I have uses a magnet which attaches to a metal plate you install to the back of your phone or case. This mount also works well. The problem is the metal plate hides the Apple Logo on the back of the phone. That Apple logo can be programmed as a functional button. With this newest vent clamp style mount you don't need the metal plate and thus you don't hide that logo and it's functionality is not compromised. So if you are looking for a good quality vent mount, get this! You won't regret it!

Das Schöne an dieser Halterung sind die nach innen gebogenen Festhaltebacken mit ausreichendem Gummibelag. Das mag für die Standard-Mobiltelefone vollkommen in Ordnung sein.Dickere Telefone können zwar auch fixiert werden, aber für die Sicherheit wird es knapp, sehr knapp. Zwar wird die maximale Dicke mit 0,7 inch angegeben. Mein Telefon hat genau die Dicke von 0,7 inch aber die Festhaltebacken hören kurz vorher auf (Bild 1).Also die zugesicherte Sicherheit ist hier nicht unbedingt gewährleistet. Gut, ich habe es bisher nicht darauf ankommen lassen, ab wann das Mobiltelefon aus der Halterung rutscht. Sicher fühle ich mich jedoch nicht. Es ist deshalb sehr wichtig, da die Dicke eines Gerätes in erster Linie von der Größe des Akkus abhängt, und das ist gewichtsmäßig ganz entscheidend für die Frage: Hält das Mobiltelefon?Die maximalen Größen für ein fixierendes Gerät sind in Ordnung, hier werden maximal 4-7 Zoll große Geräte angegeben, gemeint ist natürlich eine maximale Größe von 4 auf 7 oder 4 x 7 Zoll.Ist Ihnen bisher nichts aufgefallen?Ich zitiere hier ein angloamerikanische Maßeinheit, die in der EU nicht zugelassen ist, geschweige denn im allgemeinen richtig eingeschätzt wird. Ein Unding. Es ist interessant, dass bestimmte Händler/Hersteller glauben, dies nicht berücksichtigen zu müssen.Das Gleiche gilt übrigens auch für die englischen Gebrauchsanweisungen. Die muss nach geltendem Gesetz in der Landessprache sein.Fazit:Für jedes Mobiltelefon, das nicht zu dick ist an sich eine gute Halterung. Die Smartphone-Halterung von VICSEED wurde schnell geliefert. Das Set ist umfangreich ausgestattet, damit Smartphones einen festen Halt bekommen. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr sauber und die die Qualität ist top. Der Klemmbereich ist schön groß und lässt sich auch nach unten tiefer setzen. Mit der Taste auf der linken Seite öffnen sich die Seitenhalter, die innen gummiert sind und so das Smartphone unbeschädigt festen Sitz garantieren.Die Montage ist einfach, die geöffnete Klemme auf den Lüftungssteg bis zum Anschlag schieben, dann die Spannvorrichtung durch Drehen mit der Hand schließen, fest sitzt der Halter. Die Klemme ist beidseitig mit Haken ausgestattet, damit sie nicht vom Lüftungsschlitz abrutschen kann. Das Kugelgelenk ist fest genug, damit die Ausrichtung des Smartphones auch bei schlechten Straßen unverändert bleibt. Ich finde diese Halterung echt gut, das Smartphone sitzt fest, ist vibrationsfrei und ich bin damit sehr zufrieden.Vielen Dank, dass Du Dir die Zeit genommen hast meine Rezension zu lesen.
