You get what you pay for.
I have owned a version of this knife for many months now from a different seller and happened across this version the other day. This version has a bottle opener on the blade and it was half the price of my other one so I figured I'd give it a go. The first thing that I noticed as I opened the package was a rattling sound. I thought maybe a bolt wasn't tightened on the clip or something. It turns out the flashlight was very loose. It does not sit tightly in it's little spot like my other knife does. When I tried to swap the lights between both knives, both would sit fine in my previous knife and both would rattle in this new knife letting me know it's an issue with the housing being too large. It has enough wiggle room that it can turn and slide in and out just enough to make a noticeable noise. The magnet that holds it in place is very weak and I can actually force the magnet out just by shaking the knife up and down. What's worse is that the light doesn't even turn on. (Yes I removed the plastic separator you need to make the batteries actually touch the led.) I tested new batteries in it and the light still did not turn on. The next thing I wanted to look at was the ferro/sharpening rod. The ferro rod works just fine if you are silly enough to use the edge of the blade. However using the spine will not shed any sparks. Whatever the black coating on the knife is prevents it from working with the ferro rod. Now as for the the "sharpening" side of the rod is an absolute joke. Whatever they coated it in will just be scraped off within the first minute and not sharpen anything. You'll be left with a thin bare metal plate stuck to the bottom half of an otherwise perfectly good ferro rod. As for the knife itself, that is fine. Spring assist works well, locks in place without issue, decently sharp out of the box, will work for everyday use. I will probably end up just swapping the blades between my two knifes so that I can have the new blade with a bottle opener on my old knife that does not have any issues like this new one does. There are other sellers of this knife and I suggest trying one of them.

Excellent little knife.
So far this seems to be a sturdy, handy little knife for a very good price. Its only weak point has been the flashlight, which flew out when my son was decapitating some weeds. Luckily, I found it again and when I did I dropped a small neodymium magnet into the light's receptacle on the back of the knife. Problem solved. The light now stays in place no matter how hard the kid swings the knife but it can still be removed at need. The light could be improved with a more positive on/off switch but, at the price, one can hardly complain.

Low quality control, very cheap
This knife, and Trademygun, are both sub par performers. Horrid quality control, even for a knife this cheap. The Bad:My knife’s blade would not lock open, due to a misshaped cut on the rear of the blade. The LED light was defective out of the box (yes, paper insert was removed). The construction of the knife is full of rough, sharp edges and bad grinds they make it feel generally poorly made. The position of the seatbelt cutter blade is too hight and exposed, and presents a safety risk. The pocket clip is weak, and easily bent. This is not a knife you can use reliably as an EDC. If you want a cheap backup or car knife, it might fit the bill… if you can get one that isn’t defective. Your chances are about 50-50, given others feedback here. Maybe it’s cheap enough to roll the dice, your call. The Good:Spring assist feature feels great! But given the other quality issues, I doubt it will hold up long term. I’m not counting on it.

Overall great & cheap
Awesome utility tool/knife and super cheap. For $15 it's hard to find anything like this. Blade comes very sharp. The flashlight is not as good as advertised. Mine came with a small paper piece blocking the battery, even so the battery is near dead. Difficult to get the light on and it pretty much just sputters out. Of course I didn't get this for the light so it's not important issue for me. Grab a 1$ led flashlight from you local dollar store if you need. Bottle opener works great. Glass breaker needs a bit of force but will work especially in an emergency. Belt cutter is very sharp but you could easily use the blade for this task. Probably more useful in cutting small ropes or thick string. Fire starter and sharpener take some skill to use. Careful to not mess up your blade if you don't know how to properly use them. Spring assist is nice but you still need to give it a bit of a flick to start it off. You can open the blade a good 1/3 of the way before the spring kicks in.

Great knife
It works well and is sturdy. The 6 different features all are legitimate. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it could've been better designed to retain the flashlight better. I haven't lost mine yet, but I can see how the other reviewers lost their flashlights because the magnet is pretty basic. You can use tape or some other method to help keep it in place. Or you can take the flashlight out and use it in the other hand to avoid losing it.

The housings for the attachments WAY TOO LOOSE. You CAN LOSE THEM without knowing.
Love the knifeBUT, take care, housing for the attachmentsEXTREMELY LOOSE... <smh> already lost "firestarter". (A friend had another model and warned we about loose mini-light housing area. THAT I made tighter, when I got the knife) CAN'T BE a "design flaw"Will have to enquire about replacing it.

WARNING DO NOT BUY!!!
Knife is complete junk. Nothing about was good or worked as it should. Didn't lock open, but even if it did it was so flimsy I would be scared to use it. I returned it weeks ago and still have not got a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!

Great value for a wonderful product
Not exactly what I had in mind by spring assisted (it is spring assisted, just not a typical easy open by pressing a thumb stud), but overall a beautiful, durable, multifunction knife.
