Great
Tool arrived ahead of time. Should make it much easier to change outlets in RV’s

It’s just a junk tool made of plastic.
This tool is crap and busted on first use. Being a Rv tech I deal with the outlet in camper and was looking for a better way. This tool is not it, use needle nose pliers flathead screw driver. Seller says the manufacturer told them I did it wrong. My question is how do you know if there’s NO instructions with the tool. So improper use of tool falls on manufacturer.

You Need this Tool but it is Somewhat Pricey
When repairing some mobile punch down outlets, there is really no substitute for having the correct punch-down tool. This fits the bill nicely. I recommend you don't re-use old punch-down connection outlets, especially if they have been loose and the wire connections have heated up. Amazon sells some nice replacement outlets that work well. This tool, although you could spend some time making your own, got the job done. It is handy both for pulling wires out of the punch-down connections and for inserting them fully to make the right connection. I recommend the tool, but it was a bit expensive for a well-shaped plastic item.

Do not buy
The tool not only came poorly packaged and useless , it is made of plastic that would not hold up to multi use anyway. I ask to return the 35 dollar part and they were going to charge me 29 dollars for shipping. DO NOT BUY IT WILL NOT WORK.

Too large to use on the self-contained outlets (Valterra) used in RVs
Besides being a very expensive piece of plastic, it turns out this tool is too big to fit in all areas of the (most commonly Valterra) self-contained outlets used in nearly every RV manufactured in the country. I found it to be slightly useful, but not enough to justify the price.
