Alpha Dhyanam (Tamil Edition)

It is of course a good book. But writing stlye is a bit irritating . Unnecessary buildup is given through-out. May be my expectation was high. It could have been completed in less than half of the pages.

This book explains about alpha meditation in brief but as usual meditation to be done in practical by authorized gurus not by reading theory that is for knowledge purposes only.

Nagore rumi is a good writer. This book Almost look like Rhonda Brynne"s secret.. but Very Clearful Explanation on this book.

NICE SUBJECT AND THE ART OF WRITING IS SO GOOD..
