I was a bit nervous when I ordered this. I'd been using a HP for my previous model for the last seven years which had proven to be robust and always on-form, so moving over to a different model filled me with dread. It was delivered today and so far my fears are unfounded.It looks great. Sleek, elegant design. Very light. Handles really nicely. Three USB Ports, One HDMI and an Audio Jack Port so perfect for my intended purposes. USB-C Cable Charging which is new to me for a laptop!The system was really quick to get started, everything loads smoothly and swiftly. I've installed all of my main programmes (Photoshop and Premiere Pro) and the system runs both on battery without issue - an improvement on my last one.The only glaring feature that I really dislike is the in-built camera. The camera is built into the keyboard, press the button and up it pops. I imagine this design was to give users some security when they're browsing that their privacy won't be violated, but the result? Not worth it. The camera is non adjustable, so it sits beneath you giving the resulting image a great view of the underside of your jaw. For most camera use nowadays it's for online meetings so you'll be looking straight at your screen, again meaning the resulting image for everyone else is the underside of your face looking up and away from the camera. Not a good look. For anyone!So far: Great Laptop Overall just a really Bad Camera.

I can't praise the quality of this laptop enough. The photo doesn't do it justice. Setup from the box was a doddle, slowed down as there was also a move from an old Windows 10 laptop to this Windows 11 laptop, and I mean familiarity and nothing else. For me the best feature is the fingerprint login, power on and login to my Microsoft account about 43 seconds. Move from an Intel 3rd generation to this generation 11 is a whole magnitude better for speed and with the SSD drive, amazing. I don't game on my machine so what I say has to be heard with that in mind, for me it's perfect, if a manufacturer out there wants to give me a game to try out I'd be more than happy to oblige but I started working at three guineas week with all the food I could eat, you can imagine I faint at handing out a wad of cash for a game ;)It comes pre-formatted to have a windows and data drive so that when you look at your files there is no clutter and windows can get on with it's job without the clutter.The keyboard is excellent, very tactile with precise action.At first I missed my shiny Lenovo screen but with hindsight I like the paper like quality of the screen as I don't see my ugly mug any more.Battery life seems excellent as I used it for over two hours for the first time and a few hours today until I realised I'd switched battery usage to performance. It's at 65% and 3h41m left after I lowered the screen brightness, you do the math. Its as easy as clicking on the battery icon in lower right screen.I got it at a greatly reduced price, I don't know why but thanks Amazon and delivery was reduced after purchase from six weeks to four days, again I don't know why but thanks. Already doing loads more than on the old laptop, like watching HD videos from live feeds and keeping up with the News as I can close the lid and come back to the point before I was interrupted in seconds (not the 43 but 1-2), All round a winner.

I was a bit skeptical at first because of the brand, I knew it was a decent one but it was one of the best, but the laptop runs very smoothly, I bought the one with i7 cpu and is really fast, I’m using it to edit videos and other stuff and I can get the job done in the blink of an eye. Really satisfied!

This laptop is very good. The downside is the position of the camera. It basically shows your chin.

There isn’t really anything negative to say. The battery life is great, screen is decent. The camera is very odd and no Ethernet port unfortunately,

So far I am very happy with it. No complaints and well designed. Time will tell if it remains my favourite laptop.Update. Very good and enjoyable to use. the Fingerprint detect is accurate, speed is excellent, batteries seem to last.Update2. Not one complaint. Some services are just excellent. The ability to record screen is very good.
