Q: Hi, i want to purchase but im a little hesitant due to the only review being very negative. Is there a problem with this product?

I bought six boxes and laid them down about 3 weeks ago. Through all the heavy rain, wind and hail, these held up very well. There is no damage whatsoever and still look like new. I like how there is a rubber mat underneath the wood, so it gives space in between my concrete floor and the tiles so it doesn't get mildewed or ruined. I've only had them for a month but I truly do love them! The boxes came in 5 days by UPS. The boxes looked kind of beat up but the wood tiles weren't damaged at all. They easily snap together too. I'm not sure why there was a bad review because the tiles held up through all that bad whether we had. I highly recommend them!
