Came with two different pole tips, one for heavier fishing? and one for lighter. The lighter pole broke while casting, I do cast kind of hard.-Update. Company saw my review and sent me a new pole. Minus it breaking, it works great

Great pole, great customer service
The media could not be loaded. The company reached out and is sending me a replacement! That’s excellent customer service!I bought this as a Christmas present for myself and I’ve just started using it. I love the way this pole casts however, the bottom of the reel has come loose.

Decent combo for the price, but limited durability
Was needing 3 rod/reel combo for 3 day 2023 saltwater trip. Setup were good for novice fisherfolks on initial trip and they were fun colors (Blue, Red & Yellow). Despite prep oil/grease of reels, One of the reels started locking on second day of trip, which required manual closing of "bell" during the trip. Upon getting home, cleaned/oiled/greased reels again and got all three working in decent order.Used them around some small water fishing over next 6-9 months and the locking occurred on two of the three reels. One rod tip broke off on a tree snag (Yellow MH tip) on an 8lb line which was disappointing. I also couldn't find how to check on possible replacement for Yello MH tip.Took them to another Gulf Islands as secondary/backup rod/reels for novice fisherfolks and they did ok despite the "manually" close bell issue.I'm not entirely dissappointed, but I'll stick with my Penn Setups which are worth the extra price.
