I've been using these for over 30 years and no other cough drop stops a cough like this. I'll admit the flavor may take a little getting used to - but I don't mind it at all. In fact, now I like the flavor and appreciate knowing it'll work. I had a cough so bad I thought I'd have to back out of a wedding I was in so I wouldn't interrupt the service - and it kept my (horrible!) cough at bay for 45 minutes during the ceremony - I just sucked on two the entire time. So many of my friends have started using them too. HIGHLY recommend.

Well, I used these in a unique way. They were my substitute for cigarettes and I quit smoking after many years. When a cigarette craving hit, I popped one of these in my mouth instead. The smoking desire passed and I’ve been a non-smoker for over 3 years now. Still carry these with me. They are soothing, pleasant, keep my nasal passages clear during allergy season, and simply remind me that there are healthy alternatives to bad habits! I hope this helps someone else kick the tobacco habit — it’s never too late and will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.

I use it when I am meditating in a group in order not to disturb everyone when my throat starts to tickle. Works for at least a 45 minute session.

I love these drops. They totally renovate my breath. i sometimes use one in the middle of the night to fight dry mouth. Won't be without them.

This is the best cough drop on the market! It doesn’t taste very good but when you have this tickle cough that won’t go away and you can’t even talk you don’t care about taste - and this one is awesome!

This product has a strong flavor which is good an eases up my cough but just not strong enough to stop it. Menthol flavor would be great. Menthol does work
