BETAFPV FPV FC F3 EVO Brushed Whoop Flight Controller Brushed Long Range Version with Native Frsky Receiver

Betafpv has out done themselves this is the ultimate tiny whoop fc. I have tried many tiny whoop fc Beebrain, Furious Acrowhoop, Eachine and this is the lightest and nicest tuned out of the box. They have also seem to worked out the quirks the first version had with not always binding up to your controller when plugging in the battery making you plug and unplug it a couple times to work. Also a side note all the bnf beta 75mm I've seen uses the version 1 board which isn't as nice. If your not sure if the one your getting is version 1 or 2 version 2 is the same exact size as stock inductrix fc and version one has a little tab where the rear mounting screw goes. I'm using this fc on my all Betafpv (minus aio camera and mount) build using 75 mm frame with their 17500 motors (bnf come with 14000) beta 40 mm props rakonheli tpu camera mount and crazypony cam with detachable antenna 25w only but only 3.5 g (I'll put link at bottom of post to page on amazon). This is by far the fastest nicest handling you can get in a whoop package I would consider this a mainly an outdoor flier or a really big indoor area. I really, really like this flight controller, will be using in all my builds, It's very well priced and it can really bring down the over all cost of a whoop to something more affordable without compromising on flight benefit at all, and I've used acrowhoop and the like, the only thing this FC is missing is battery telemetry, but it has very good RSSI. Very nice to tune in Beta flight and you can even pair it with an osd compatible vtx and put an osd on it.I also love the color scheme on this FC!

I grabbed this one because the OSD was out of stock but I love it regardless. I actually get telemetry readings on my Taranis! I just have to figure out how to set voltage readings correctly. Otherwise I don't really have need for it but nice to have. I ONLY use BetaFPV Flight controillers. Other FC's look sloppily made but these look great and perform beautifully. Easy to set up and great range.

I absolutely love these boards. I am a FrSky user and don't like the Inductrix board or having to use a module, so this is a great option. I have built 2 whoops and 1 more on the way to build. They work fantastic especially when you program them to work with the Project Mockingbird. I use both my whoops to race at the local MultiGP Drone Racing League.

I have two in the air with two more showing up tomorrow. One thing to note. my first 4 boards had 3mm clearance mounting holes. The last board I purchased showed up with oh we'll say 2.5mm clearance mounting holes. As Mr. Steele would say, "That being said," a 3mm mounting screw is a tight fit! Other than random hole sizes, These boards are impressive. Range is amazing for such a small set up.

I put this on their frame/motor combo. Fits well and had extra power pads for the vtx, very convenient. I had no issues connecting to betaflight, or upgrading firmware. Be sure to go to betafpv website and look over the manual for the correct firmware.

Range is similar or worse than my BetaFPV Lite with Bayang, Beecore F3 v2 frsky, Beecore F3 v2 flysky, and Blade Inductrix. It could be because the power amplifier is also amplifying noise and interference in the area. If you are in a "noisy" 2.4GHz polluted area with a lot of interference, your range may suffer.
