Loreal Volume Filler Densifying Gelee, 5.1 Fl oz (150 ml) - packaging may vary

I received this product yesterday and was able to use it this morning. It does have a different smell that isn't great but its also not horrible. I put a little but in towards my roots on towel dried hair. I dried my hair partly upside down (got bored and finished right side up), and I was shocked at how my hair turned out. It was light and fluffy- as if it added volume but not greasy or super textured. It looked healthy and bigger which is exactly what I was going for. I have tried many, MANY products that indicated thick, full, volume hair. This is one of the only ones to actually work for me. Its not a miracle worker but I can definitely see a difference and I plan to continue using. I also LOVE that is doesn't make my hair feel gross- as in oily or sticky. It does not weigh your hair down at all. I will update my review if my opinion changes throughout multiple uses, but after this one time I am a happy customer. This product was recommended to me by my cousin- and I'm glad she passed on the information. Only thing I would change is maybe a better fragrance like most hair products have.

I like this gel, is not the typical gel, the consistency is a little sticky when comes out of the tube, but it doesn’t feel sticky on the hair, I used too much the first time and made my hair very flat, it was awful.! Then I used less, like the size of a dime, then I add just a tiny dash of Mega Gel high shine by Loreal, and I blow dry it with attention to the roots and not just the top, it comes out very nice and the volume is much better than using a regular gel or mousse. I have used it 4 times now.

This gel thickens my hair without making it stiff. It makes my thin hair look fuller.

The first thing a purchaser should be aware of is that the "Loreal Volume Filler Densifying Gelee," the "Loreal Volume Filler Thickening Ampoulles," and the "L'Oreal Volume Filler Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner," are a complete system. I am going to repeat this review in each of my product reviews. I am going to test these over the three-week period that is recommended on the product label for the ampoulles and the shampoo. I have very thin, fine hair, so I will be able to tell if the product is working or not. For me, if it does work well, it will be a real blessing.Week 1: My hair seems marginally thicker. I was hoping for a little bit more volume than I got, but I will see what happens as I continue to use the products as recommended.Week 2 & 3: I intended to do this sooner, but as we all do, I got busy. I maintain my 4 star review. My hair has the appearance of being thicker. I have had compliments on how nice my hair looks. I did not give 5 stars, because I don't think my hair feels 2X thicker as the advertisement on TV states. However, I am happy that my hair appears thicker and shinier. Overall, I think the product does a pretty good job of creating the illusion of thicker hair for thin, fine hair like mine.This Densifying Gelee makes my hair feel very soft and nice.I plan on continuing to use the thickening ampules as a part of my hair care regimen. I think they really do help.

Loved how it made my hair seem so full and manageable. And has a nice smell to it also. Great for the price. I wish they would bring it back. And so do some others I know that buy it.

My hair is progressively becoming thinner and finer due to age. This product makes my hair look MUCH fuller and more like it was set. It lasts for as long as three days. I use a very small amount and rub it in thoroughly, let it air dry, fluff a few times as it dries, and voila! I hate to be a slave to a routine, so don't use a hair dryer. This product is wonderful!

I have been using this product for years & it worked so well for my thin fine hair. Gave my hair body. Easy to manage. However they no longer make it & I can’t find anything that worked as well. Very sad face

Face it, we balding women really need more Hair, and while this isn't hair, it makes what you do have LOTS more 'there'. This stuff is awesome! I have a LOT of hair loss on the front and top of my head that makes me feel very self-conscious. When the wind blows, it parts my hair and exposes my balding pate...very cringe worthy. Using this product just on the balding area and then also spraying with Pantene Volumizing Mousse for Fine Hair and I have finally found a combo that really works. I've tried lots of different products, this is by far the best. The Pantene product alone was not enough, with this one. Whew! Sigh of relief! I look pretty darn good.

The price point was high but I couldn’t find the product in stores near me,

Tried it several times, really did nothing special for my hair. I would not purchase it again.
