I’ve had chronic lower back pain for several months and looking for reasonable back brace for me. Frankley speaking, I hesitated to buy this because of high price but decided to trust the high quality as shown in the page with other good reviews.Honestly, It wasn’t familiar way to turn the dial through lace at first time. When I check the manual inside the package, it was also quite complicated. However, after learning how to wear it via the video and then adapting, it’s simple and comfortable to change the compression adequately.It’s very useful and great to relief my pain. There is a dual adjustment device that one for Velcro and BOA dial for micro control. I don’t need to unwind whole belt to control the compression because I can adjust any space by using the dial only.It’s unique, and worth it 👍🏻

I have some lower back problem because of sedentary job and feel heavy in the muscle. I’ve never seen the rotating dial system with lumbar support before. It’s really easy to pull and push to adjust and can be smoothly loosened and tightened when I’m sitting. It helps my lower back to compress equally from every side.

I highly recommend this back brace who is suffering daily back pain, and it’s definitely worth the price. I purchased the same brand wrist brace before, it was great to support due to the dial button, so I had faith in this brand.Designed to allow me to control my own comfort level, it has a contoured backstay panel to provide the mild support I need for relief from back pain. It’s made of high-quality material with breathable mesh and lightweight fabric. It’s also very convenient to adjust the size because all parts can be attached by Velcro.

I thought that this was the best back brace I have ever seen, but that was illusory as it stopped working just after the return date expired. I thought I followed the video instructions and it did work for a while, but then it became stuck and I cannot get the tightening wheel to move. So it has limited value for my injured back. Bummer, another $100 down the drain.

The BOA system is such a great addition to these belts. Belt is pretty soild and still gives you some flexibility when bending and moving around.

But my boyfriend can, it stopped the pain when he worked in heavy lifting.

Very nice. Adjustable to fit to your comfort. Bending is no so comfortable with it on. It has a little pump on the front to make it tight or looser.

My husband has constant back pain and he's been wearing this support belt a few weeks now. Although he doesn't find it particularly comfortable he said it sure beats the alternative. It does what it was designed to do and provides some relief. Unlike similar belts this one is well made of quality materials and is much easier to micro-adjust than previous ones he's tried.

I've you've been experiencing back pain but cannot seem to remedy it with anything other than either tons of medication or bulky and uncomfortable supports/wraps, then this slim and adjustable back support is a great, slim temporary solution to your pain!The velcro/hook and loop main adjusted combined with the dial for small increments means that the range of adjustment and fine-tuning is WAY more than any back support belts I've had in the past, just make sure to get your overall size right in the first place, it isn't one size fits all.When I first unpacked it I thought it looked overly complicated, but once you know what you're doing, it really only takes a matter of seconds to get setup and adjusted. And, because the front portion is narrower than the rear, it doesn't feel like it's crushing or squashing you like some belts do.
